The Fair Work Convention are planning to run a ‘Rising to the Challenge: a Just Transition and Fair Work’ webinar on Tuesday 23 November
The webinar is an opportunity to reflect on the 26th UN Climate Change Conference and to explore and discuss the action Scotland must now take to create a net zero carbon economy by 2045 that has fair work at its heart.
Fair Work Convention Co- Chair Professor Patricia Findlay will facilitate discussion from guest speakers:
- Professor Jim Skea, Co-Chair IPCC working group 3 and Chair, Just Transition Commission
- Roz Foyer – STUC General Secretary and Fair Work Convention member
- Aileen McLeod - Director of Business Planning and Commercial for Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSE) and Fair Work Convention member
